With health coaching, you will have the ability to address limiting factors that attribute to an unhealthy lifestyle. During a 45 min session, we will meet the client where they are, address issue at hand, evaluate and set-up attainable goals to help you thrive in a healthy lifestyle. Lifestyle pillars we address are dietary habits, stress, relationships, career and so much more. Lifestyle habits are hard to change and we know that it takes approximately 21 days to develop new habits, so this isn’t a one and done program. It is suggested that one signs-up for a 6 to 12 session program so we have ample time to address the issues at hand and develop life long healthy lifestyle habits. 6 session Package: Client can choose from the following; One session a week for 6 weeks, one session every other week for 12 weeks, or once a month for 6 months. $300
12 session Package: Client can choose from the following; One session a week for 12 weeks, one session every other week for 24 weeks, or once a month for a year. $570
